Meet Anne (AnnE)

Your traveling yoga guide.

Igniting Life Yoga is a one woman yoga business rooted in bringing meaningful practice into familiar and comfortable spaces. I offer yoga experiences designed to meet people where they already are, whether that is at home, at work, in nature, or gathered with community.

My approach is grounded, accessible, and centered on connection rather than performance.

Where you gather becomes the studio.

My Experience and Approach

A blend of yoga, outdoor education, and community leadership

Annie completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and her 300-hour training in the Sacred Valley of Peru through the School Yoga Institute. Her teaching is informed by both Baptiste and Viniyoga traditions, allowing her to adapt sessions to a wide range of bodies, goals, and settings.

Through Igniting Life with Anne, she offers public classes in the Tri-Cities and travels to curate custom yoga experiences for individuals, groups, and communities. These sessions blend movement, intention, and connection in a way that feels grounded and approachable.

Beyond the Mat

Outside of yoga, Annie values time outdoors and community centered wellness. She enjoys CrossFit, snowboarding, reading, and spending time with her husband and their two cats, Toad and Pistachio.

These interests shape the way she teaches and lives, with an emphasis on balance, strength, curiosity, and connection

Community and Collaboration

A one-woman business with strong community support

Even though I run the business on my own, Igniting Life Yoga is supported by many wonderful partnerships throughout the Pacific Northwest.

If you are interested in partnering on an event, workshop, or creative idea, I would love to connect.

What I Believe

Yoga is for everyone and it can happen anywhere

I believe yoga should be accessible and adaptable. I also believe it should blend easily into real life. There is no pressure for perfect poses and no expectations about how a session should look.

Yoga is movement, breath, and connection. It belongs in the spaces where you already feel at home.

Let’s create a session that feels like you

I would love to meet you in your space and make it meaningful.
